Exchange Policy for PumpItUp.pk

At PumpItUp.pk, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange your purchase. Please carefully read and understand our exchange policy outlined below:

1. Eligibility for Exchanges: We accept exchanges for all ladies' shoes purchased from PumpItUp.pk within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Process for Exchanges: To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

a. Contact Us: Send an Message to WhatsApp +923166887735 for Exchange Request. In that message provide the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Contact information
  • Reason for the exchange
  • The new item you would like to exchange for (including size and color)

b. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your exchange request within 2 business days. If your exchange is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

c. Package Your Item: Pack the item securely in the original packaging, along with a copy of the exchange approval message.

d. Send the Item: Ship the package to the address provided in the exchange approval message. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us..

3. Conditions for Exchange: To qualify for an exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unworn condition.
  • It must be returned in the original shoebox or packaging.
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
  • The item must not show any signs of wear, scuffs, stains, or damage.

4. Exchange Options: Upon receiving the returned item and confirming its eligibility, you can choose from the following options:

  • Exchange for a different size of the same style, subject to availability.
  • Exchange for a different color of the same style, subject to availability.
  • Exchange for a different shoe style of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. If the chosen style is of higher value, the price difference will be charged.
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable due to stock out, you have to chose another item for exchange.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items: Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including:

  • Items purchased during promotional sales, clearance, or special events.
  • Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria stated above.

6. Shipping Charges: The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with shipping back and retrieving of exchange item.

7. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
