Delivery Time:

We offer shipping all over Pakistan through Logistics providers. All orders before 1 PM are processed the same day (Monday-Saturday) only orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be processed on Monday. Deliveries usually take 5-7 business days. Please note that orders are not dispatched over the weekend or on public holidays.

Order Amendments:

Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.

Undelivered Parcel

Please note in case the parcel returns as undelivered due to customer negligence. We can put the customer’s account on hold & for future orders customers have to pay us in advance.

Note: 99% of deliveries are done successfully on time.

Exchange Charges

The courier to exchange the product is going to be paid for by the customer.

Similarly, minor stitching issues may occur even after rigorous quality checks. This may happen during the undergoing packing process & will not be considered a defect.
